Description

Bibellinjen (Bible line) is a simple game which focuses on learning the order of the books of the Bible. It is fast paced, simple to learn and fun for all ages. The game comes with four different variants makes it a suitable match for different age groups and will work well with Sunday schools, youth groups and other Bible oriented contexts. The first edition is published in Swedish in November 2020. If there is interest it may be translated in to other languages as well. Bibellinjen is inspired by the game Time line by Fr d ric Henry. Gameplay (standard rules): Players try to collect points by gaining cards. When it is your turn you deal five cards and place them face up in front of you. You should then try to rearrange the cards so they are placed in the same order that they appear in the Bible. Each card has the name of a Bible book on one side and on the other side there is a number that indicates what order that book has in the Bible. By flipping the cards you can see if the order you settled for is correct or not. If all cards are not in the right order you must remove cards from the sequence until a correct sequence remains. Once that is done you may keep any cards still in front of you. The other cards are discarded to a discard pile which is shuffled into the draw deck when it runs out. The game ends when there are not enough cards in the draw pile to finish the round. The player who collected the most cards is the winner. —description from the designer Bibellinjen r ett enkelt spel som g r ut p att l ra sig ordningen p Bibelns b cker.
