Formerly named 'Carcassonne Ink', Intramuros is a roll & write game played over multiple rounds. In each round, 4 custom dice are rolled. All players must then simultaneously draw the resulting dice rolls as land tiles on their individual player boards. The goal of the game is to create a pattern of walled cities and road networks. The game ends when one player is able to: connect all 4 player board road exits to a city or town; and complete at least 3 walled cities. Points are earned for the player s 3 largest walled cities, 3 longest roads and connected exits. Negative points are incurred for every incomplete cities and roads. Bonus points are also awarded for cities which contain enough space for cathedrals. The player with the highest score wins. -description from designer
