In a game of Hexapod you take the role of dedicated Entomologists, collecting insects for your display cases. Each turn you will select one of the three cards available to you and add it to your hand before playing a card into your display case. Each type of insect has its own value and will score more or less points depending on how you add it to your arrangement. Players must plan ahead in order to keep a well organised collection. Play continues until a player uncovers the Spider Card or opts out. At the end of the game, the player with the highest scoring display case wins. —description from the designer
