The object of The Picnic Game is to be the first player to set their place and gather all the food. Players take turns spinning a spinner and collecting the items they need for the picnic (including a main dish, a vegetable, a fruit, a drink, a dessert, a plate, a napkin & utensils, and a picnic blanket. There is something of an order in which the items need to be collected, but if the spinner stops on the ants, a player must give back an item. The pieces of the game are made of laminated chipboard and the artwork is very appealing for younger children.
