The goal of the game is to be the first to place his or her last card thus having the privilege of placing the head of the caterpillar. Each player starts with 5 cards. Each card has two colors. Each player matches the color at the end of the caterpillar with the color on one of their cards. If they don't have the color they have to draw until they get it. If all of the cards run out and you still don't have the color you have to pass.
