The year is 1968. The place is Maynard., New York. The farmhouse belongs to the Garde family... and the many spirits that haunt it. The LIVING and the DEAD must use their conviction and bravery to seize the 13 locations in and around the farmhouse. The living will try exorcise the DEAD and the DEAD will try to scare the LIVING to death. Who will secure the farmhouse? It's up to you to find out! The objective of the game is to explore the house, get your hands on special items revealed in each room of the house. You win by defeating your opponent characters in each of the 13 location cards. Each location character and location worth a different number of points. The winner is the one with most points once you explore the house completely or if you defeat all your opponent characters.
