Flora is a 4 to 5 player Hidden Roles game inspired by the unsolved mystery of the Voynich Manuscript. The players assume the role of Botanical Biologists that successfully decoded this ancient book, revealing information about botanical specimens with miraculous properties that grow on an island on the Pacific. By performing several expeditions in the island, the biologists will try to gather the desired Voynich Specimens, exposing themselves to the threatening weather of the island and its dangerous creatures. But the most dangerous threat will be the betrayal of one of the crew members. The game develops during 5 days at the end of which the team needs to gather at least 7 Voynich Specimens in order to win; the traitor will win if he prevents that from happening. —description from the publisher
