This is a children's game for 2 to 4 players Ages 5 - 12. This is believed to be the first Underdog board game as it was released in 1964, the year that the animated series voiced by Wally Cox first appeared on NBC. This is a humorous game of give and take in which the players try not to become the Underdog. The game has all the familiar cartoon characters. When a playing piece stops on a space, the player draws a card. If the card matches the character on the space, the player keeps the card. If the playing piece lands on one of the bright yellow Underdog spaces, the player takes a card from each player. The game comes with a gameboard, four wooden playing pieces, die, and 24 cards.
