Woofy Whoops! is a hybrid game. It comprises a red model of a fire hydrant, which also holds the smartphone that is used to operate the game. The hydrant is connected by a pipe to a model of a dog. Players spin the dog then pat it a given number of times. At some point, the dog may or may not "pee" on the patting player. When it does, the phone app records the glorious moment.
