Description

Subtitled: A Skirmish-Level Game of Combat in the Middle Ages. Mainly for 25mm figures. 1 figure=1 man, 1 inch=6 feet, 1 turn=10-30 seconds. Typically, one player controls around 20 figures. The rulebook comes with three sheets of Charts & Tables and a sheet of Organizational Chart (record sheet). 13 sample Organizations are listed. Command Range (5 inches) is very important. In command figures choose Movement rate (full/half/no move). They are free to fire/melee. Out of command figures receive random Orders determined by rolls on a chart. Also, rules on morale, fatigue and ammo are included. Later expanded by "More Knights and Knaves" (scenarios) and "Castles, Cogs & Chevauchees" (Siege, Ships and Campaign using maps). All three now available free online. http://www.hisentco.com/
