This games simulates tactical firefights during the Vietnam War. Special attention is paid to the command structure of the fighting troops. Players commanding several platoons (PLT), consisting of a command group (CG) and 3-4 squads (SQ) or 3-4 vehicles. Players draw chits from a stack to activate a certain platoon formation. The CG of a formation can activate all of their subordinate units, which can perform actions. When all possible actions have been performed, the activation is completed and the next activation chit is drawn. Through the bidding of command points (CP) it is possible to see the topmost activation chits and eventually change their position in the stack When all the player s PLT have been activated, a new turn starts. This goes on until the last round is reached, as indicated by the scenario and the winner can be determined according to the victory conditions.
