One player straps the tray to their head and places all of the food items on it and acts as the waiter. Everyone else is a customer. Customers have 2 food cards and they take turns calling out the item on their card to the waiter. If the waiter can walk over, feel around on their head, and deliver the correct item, they get to keep the card. There are also action cards which the waiter can collect during play. Once a waiter drops a piece of food or delivers the wrong item, they score one point per card they've collected and a new player gets to act as the waiter.
