This is a therapeutic educational game designed to help children cope with stressful situations. Players roll dice and consult a Symptoms Chart with a whimsical cartoon illustration of a stressed-out dinosaur. The active player chooses a Control Card or a Relaxation Card in response. If the text on the card increases that player's anxiety he or she must take a Stress Rock chip. A player stuck with a Victim Card gets hit on the head with a foam rock. The player then describes how he or she will deal with this stressful event. EXAMPLE: The child is stressed "when his Dad hogs the TV." The object of the game is to get rid of all Stress Rocks in a player's possession. Designed for kids age six and older to play with a parent, teacher, or therapist. Includes charts, cards, dice, chips, rules, and a large chunk of foam granite. —user summary
