Description

2 to 4 players enter the maze. First to claim 4 pavilions and leave wins...but will the others catch up? There are two sorts of double-sided maze tiles - fixed and variable. The fixed tiles are arranged in a static pattern, the other tiles are shuffled and laid around the fixed tiles to form a 7 x 7 grid. In your turn, you have the choice of one of 4 actions: roll the die and move your counter the indicated number of spaces along the path turn over the tile your counter is sitting on rotate a tile adjacent to the tile your counter is sitting on provided the path you're on leads to that tile and there is no other player's counter sitting on the tile move a card from elsewhere in the maze to a gap adjacent to the tile you are on provided the path you're on leads to that gap and there is no other player's counter sitting on the gap you are filling You need to roll the exact number to land on one of the 16 available pavilions and claim the tile (this is how gaps are created). Then you must be the first player to return to the gate with 4 pavilion tiles to win (and other players will be actively trying to block you). —user summary
