Description

Bragging Rights is a game of competitive bullshitting. Everyone plays as the world's incompetent criminal underbelly, all trying to gain street cred for a crime none of you committed. Players can play as a set character with traits or a new one made up on the spot. The players draw evidence cards, create a play pile for the game and keep a hand of three pieces of evidence they can swap in. Every game has one specific crime, from stealing the Mona Lisa from the Louvre, to Replacing church bells with maracas. Each round a piece of evidence is turned over and every player has to construct a unique story of how they left that at the crime scene. As the rounds go on more evidence must be woven into your stories trying to keep them as consistent as possible. But watch out, if you mess up and your story stops making sense other players can wager their street cred to call you out on it. You ll need to convince everyone at the table that you re making sense to not lose face (and points). At the end of the game a Story Winner is chosen and players count up their street cred. Whoever has the most cred earns bragging rights for this crime. -description from designer
