Description

The game uses a similar mechanic to Operation and takes two C-cell batteries. The red molded plastic game base has a silver conductive web on which various plastic critters are placed. A foam spider is situated menacingly next to the web in its allocated position over a small hole, which contains a small mechanical lever-type apparatus inside. Each turn, players attempt to remove a critter from the web with a pronged device that is connected to the board with a wire. If the surface of the web is touched with this, the circuit is completed, the mechanism in the hole beneath the spider is activated and the spider is launched. Any player disturbing the spider must replace the critter they were trying to get. The player collecting the most critters from the web without disturbing the spider (touching the web with the pronged device) is the winner.
