Welcome to HMO: The Game. This is a medical game designed for people affiliated with today's medico-commercial-legal-governmental complex or what was once called health care. Americans have always been able to laugh at adversity. Hopefully this game will help you see the humor in our changing medical system. The object of the game is to accumulate $500,000 to retire from practice. There's many obstacles to overcome such as income tax, malpractice premiums, litigation, and much more. Playing pieces are a syringe, urinal, hot water bottle, and a crutch. Game also includes gameboard, 1 die, play money, deck of 4 different situation cards (Family Affairs, Legal Encounters, Practice of Medicine, and Investment/Taxes), and instructions.
