Description from the designer: The First Game in the EverSquad Series follows 4 unlikely heroes attempting to save their city, New Meepleton, from an alien invasion brought about by a 5th grader's science project gone wrong. EverSquad is a solitaire game of Area Control with variable character powers, and a simple point-buy-based dice-combat system, played in turns of 3 repeated phases. Spawn Phase - Where new alien threats are added to the 6 different sectors of the modular board. Heroic Action Phase - Where the heroes are activated in succession, taking the fight to the alien threat. Alien Attack Phase - Where each of the 4 unique alien types attacks your heroes. EverSquad also comes with 4 hero-based mini missions to help players learn the game.
