A Dutch Rotary Club made this environmental game based on Monopoly. The region where the club is based is used in this game and the usual Monopoly elements are replaced by typical nature and buildings for the region (Limburg, Leudal). The money earned with the sales of the game (1000 copies) were used to renovate the club's monumental building.
