Description
A Mancala game played on a 4x6 array of "holes" (shallow cardboard dishes). Plastic "cowrie shells" are supplied as pieces. On each turn the player takes all the shells from one of their holes (the twelve holes in the two rows nearest them) and sows them one by one clockwise around their twelve holes. If the last shell lands in an occupied hole, they take all the shells from that hole and carry on sowing. If the last shell lands in an empty hole in the front row (the row nearest the opponent), they capture all shells in the opponent's holes in the same column.
