Eddie is a plastic seal with a spring balanced on his nose. On top of the spring is a large plastic ball with holes in it. The instructions include several different Steady Eddie game variations. All however basically involve placing small plastic pick-up sticks in the holes in the ball without causing any sticks to fall.
