The card-puller picks a Twisted Card and identifies the specific person in the group it most likely represents. 2. Once that most likely person is selected, he/she pulls a Truth or Dare Card and completes the card. 3. Once the most likely person completes the Truth or Dare, they pick a new Twisted Card and the round starts over. 4. The person to have 10 Twisted Cards loses. Whoever has the fewest Twisted Cards wins.
