Description from the rules: Tic-Tac-Maniac is based on Tic-Tac-Toe. It's as easy as Tic-Tac-Toe but in the game Tic-Tac-Maniac there will always be a winner! The object of the game is to be the first player to get a tic-tac-toe combination using all the same colored number cards, corresponding line cards, and wild cards, without being blocked by another player's Cat card.
