"Zulu" is a wargame simulation of the battles of the Zulu War of 1879, reflected on a board with fictional names for British held forts. This a typical 1970's hex based wargame with UGO/IGO turn sequencing. Sequence of play: 1- Zulu move 2- Zulu attacks resolution 3- British move 4- British artillery attacks resolution 5- British infantry attacks resolution Victory conditions: Zulu eliminates all British units or Zulu occupy 3 forts hexes at end of British turn. British eliminates all Zulu units or British occupy 5 Zulu village hexes at end of Zulu turn. Anything else is a draw at game end. The copies are very scarce. The game is a highly competitive simulation. Box contents: 150 die-cut counters 2 rules folders (4 pages each) 1 11" x 15" color map
