Grim Heroes is an unreleased fantasy dice game, originally scheduled to be the first game to utilise the DiceQuest game system used in the games, Ancient Terrible Things (2014), Konja (2017) and Ancient Terrible Things: Reawakened (2023). Grim Heroes remained in development until 2012, at which time the Dicequest game system was implemented in the game, Ancient Terrible Things. An advertising card featuring Grim Heroes is included in the first edition of Ancient Terrible Things (2013), with the intention of the game's eventual release after the publisher's second release, Snowblind: Race for Pole (2015). Ultimately, Dicequest Version 2 was published as the 2-player-only game, Konja (2017), and Dicequest Version 3 in the game, Ancient Terrible Things:Reawakened (2023). —description from the publisher
