While the remaining 20 pages are quickly play set of 1:1 war game rules. Forces are composed of "Tactical Units" graded on quality (elite, veteran, regular, or untrained). Each turn players receive a variable number of "Leadership Points" based on the quality of their commanders. Standard miniature movement rules and some unique combat mechanics based on a d6 complete the basics for these rules.
