Two players battle it out in the attempt to knock out their opponent. If you decrease your opponent's health to zero, you win. Players manage a dojo of skills using Experience Points to build a deck of attack and defense cards that can adapt to an opponent s evolving strategy. The linear mat component allows players to control distance to avoid damage and get in range to strike. Stuns and takedowns break an opponent s rhythm leaving him/her without enough stamina to pull off brutal combos. Holds can create an opening for attack and often work in combination with other moves creating another level of strategy.
