The game is comprised of seven sets of nine cards. Each set of the same colour includes five positive point cards (10 through 50), three negative point cards (-10 through -30) and one wild card (the joker). Each set contains images taken from a Tintin book (Coke en Stock, Le Crabe aux pinces d or, Tintin au pays de l or noir, Le Sceptre d Ottokar, Le Secret de La Licorne, Le Temple du Soleil, and Tintin au Tibet). 'Tintin Joker' is a simple Rummy variant. The goal—collecting sets with as many positive points as one can at the end of each game while giving the maximum number of negative cards to your opponents. The first player to go out achieves a bonus.
