In Joker players move 11 pieces each across a 13x13 board in an attempt to get them all to the start positions on the opposing side (a la Chinese Checkers or similar games). Each piece has 1-4 rings on it which determine how far it can move and/or jump. In addition there are a number of variants - there are Joker pieces which can be used in a way not entirely clear from the available descriptions, and extra rings which can be added to pieces to increase their movement powers.
