Microgame for 3 - 5 players lasting 20 - 30 minutes. Game components are deck of 24 cards, although sheet of paper and writing implement are needed for scoring. You and your opponents are city managers trying to improve the quality of your municipality in terms of Arts, Environment and Industry. During each of the four rounds you draft three cards to improve one of these qualities with one round devoted to improving an omnibus combined score. Player with the highest score at the end of the fourth round wins.
