Description

"Capital Hill", as the title suggests, is a game of accumulating money through the political process. In the regular version, three to six players start with a randomly determined number of chips representing Senators and members of the House of Representatives. Each player directs their politicians to gain power and money by winning elections, holding onto power positions, and passing laws. Players are eliminated when they lose all their representation in the House and Senate. When only two players remain, the player with the most money is declared the winner. A short version permits two to six players to compete for a fixed number of game rounds; again, the player with the most money at the end is the winner.
