Connect same colored railways. If you draw a train card, you can play one more time. Tunnel cards and storm cards can be drawn anytime. Only a dice knows what will happen when a storm card is drawn. On a player's turn, they can play a card that connects to a similar color rail card on the table. Alternatively, if they are not able or don't want to do that action, they may draw a card. The first player to empty their hand of cards wins the game.
