Number Strategy Solitaire is a simple solitaire game and is an alternative to patience. It uses a standard pack of playing cards with the picture cards removed. After shuffling 16 cards are placed down in a 4 x 4 grid and the remaining are placed in a deck face up. The player draw one card at a time and place it down on top of one of the cards in the grid, but at the same time the player can see what the next card is so he can plan ahead. When a card is place its value has to be two cards adjacent which adds up the same value or equals ten above its value.
