This game is part of the 3-D Expanding Adventure Series of Pokemon games that can be played by themselves or combined with other games in the series. In this game Giovanni is holding the president of Silph Co. hostage and it's up to the players to free him. Using dice for movement, players move through the many levels of Silph Co. in order to battle other players, catch various Pokemon, and get more power. They also search for Warp spaces that will move them to different levels, and the Red Warp that will take them to the space next to Giovanni. The first player to find the right Warp Tile and defeat Giovanni's Pokemon wins.
