Description

On June 9th 1800 Ott, with 17 000 men et 35 guns, met Lannes in front of Casteggio. The French, outnumbered 3 to 1, fell back, but Victr's division of 6000 men arrived just in time to check the Austrians assault.Lannes swung over the attack and in a sharp fight, routed Ott, who suffered 4000 casualties. French losses totaled 500. Lannes later became the Duc de Montebello. Montebello 1800 is the sixth battle of the "Jours de Gloire" series, which is dedicated to the celebration of Napol on's victories 200th anniversary . Contents: 1 rules and scenario booklet with historical notes 1 A3x2 map -180 counters (counters need to be cut out and mounted) 1 color Player Aid Card Available in French, English and Italian. As with all Vae Victis games, the counters need to be cut out and mounted. The rules are entirely in French, although translations are available online.
