The player being passed to may agree or challenge the player passing the card. If correct, the player passing the card loses and must place it face up. If incorrect, the player being passed to must place it face up. A player may also choose to not guess and pass it to a player who has not yet seen the card. If a player gets 3 of the same sex toy face up, they lose and should be referred to as "Butt Plug" or "Mr. Plug" in mixed company, until another player loses and claims the title. A player can win the game if he or she gets 7 different sex toys face up without getting 3 of the same type. There is either 1 winner or 1 loser in a game of Sex Toy Poker.
