Be the first player to fill your plate with the five flapjacks that match it. Each player chooses a color plate and places the 20 (28 in Fundex edition) flapjacks color side down. On your turn, if you turn over your color flapjack, you keep it. If not, you put it on the flapjack flipper and hit the spatula. If it lands color side up, that player keeps it. If not, it gets re-mixed in with the other flapjacks.
