Description

Peep War! is a downloadable miniatures-based wargame that uses Marshmallow Peeps and jellybeans instead of expensive plastic and pewter miniatures. It is avaliable for free at http://www.invisible-city.com/play/156 Each player begins with a number of Peeps and jellybeans, and a supply Center. The game ends when one player has seized 80% of the supply centers on the playing field, or is the last player remaining in the game. The Peeps are resource providers. When a Peep is at a Supply Center, then additional jellybeans can be brought into play. The jellybeans are the soldiers and are primarily used for attacking and claiming territory. Conflict between jellybeans is resolved by placing all beans in the conflict in an easter egg and drawing one out at random. The side that controls the bean drawn wins that combat and gets to eat one opposing bean.
