"The miniature s stand allow the miniatures go up and down representing 3 altitude levels, each level have its advantages and disadvantages. "The miniatures are 1:72 (24mm) aircraft with ww1/ww2 aesthetics with a touch of fantasy, from light fighters to huge flying carriers. There are 6 factions: The Kingdom of England, the Germanic Empire, The Kingdom of Iberia, the Russian Empire, the Gallic Duchy and the Foreign Legion (Mercenaries). "Dark Skies' games can go from a small skirmish to gigantic battles with dozens of aircraft in each side, hunting down enemies in intense dogfights and bombing vital targets."
