Description

Deus Vult are a set of miniatures rules designed to recreate battles during the period of the Crusades. The rules are designed to be played with 25-30mm miniatures on a 6'x4' table (but can be adapted for different figure and table sizes). They not only contain the principally d6 based rules (although d4 to d12 are used for duels between leaders) but also army lists for the Early Crusader States 1100-1128AD and Arab Dynasties 945-1150AD (plus some other sample units) along with several battle scenarios. The game features: A pre-battle reconnaissance and deployment phase with options for subterfuge Alternating leader activation based on an initiative roll Leaders can give orders to multiple units based on their command rating Multi-figure stand based units d6 based combat Points based army lists Seven battle scenarios with rules to create your own
