The game consists of 36 cards in four colors which show an item in that color plus a right or a left hand. There are 16 additional color cards in four colors, which are sorted and stacked on the table. The active player draws a card, looks at it and announces (for example): "Ketchup - left hand". The first player to hit the red stack with his/her left hand gets the red color card (but is not eligible if s/he already has a red card). The first player to collect a color card in each of the colors wins the game.
