Mechanics
Description

In The Amazing Spider-Man Game, players take turns rolling the die and swinging Spider-Man up and down on the city skyscrapers. At the start of the game, lay out mask and spider tiles at random in front of the skyscrapers. After moving Spider-Man, a player drops 1-3 wooden blocks — more blocks if he's at a taller building — from the air into the playing area formed by the city walls; if he lands a block into the colored cup matching the tile in front of the skyscraper, he claims that tile. Land in the wrong hole, though, and the Lizard starts moving through the city. If he catches Spider-Man on your turn, you place one of your collected tiles in the reserve. If you roll an X on the die, you place the top tile from this reserve into an empty space, giving Spidey more things to capture. The first player to collect two mask tiles and two spider tiles — or six tiles of any type — wins the game.
