Description

Modern Armor is a set of miniatures rules "based on U.S. Army doctrine and the combat experiences of the author." The information is based on unclassified 1976-77 data. The game is set up to be used with 25mm or 1/76 scale vehicles, but 1/285 scale micro-mini tanks are just as easily accommodated with minor adjustments. The game can use simultaneous movement with written orders, or a move/countermove system. In addition to Armor, rules include Indirect Fire, Small-Arms Fire, Infantry, Morale, Smoke, Amphibious Capabilities, Repair and Recovery of Vehicles, Airborne Operations, Armed Helicopters, and Air Strikes.
