The BAPS booklet is 75 spiral-bound pages with a card-stock cover and two, letter-sized chart cards, one for infantry actions and one for vehicles and artillery. The rules were designed for WWI to the present; however, they work equally well for any "smokeless powder" era, including the Spanish Civil War, Mexican Punitive Expedition, Spanish-American War, and Philippine Insurrection. The primary focus is WWII, and most of the order of battle information, vehicle data charts, and scenarios are aimed at this period.
