A Risk-type variant, Civil War 2061 explores a possible future of the United States of America, one where the states have broken into different factions, facing off against one another for total control of the USA. The New South has risen again, and must deal with not only the US governmental troops, but militia from other states. Two to six players decide the leadership of the new United States!
