The box can be used to play 4 versions of Shut Box: 1-9 using just addition - pre-K to grade 2 (ages 4+) 1-12 using addition multiplication - grades 3 to 5 (ages 9+) 1-24 using addition & multiplication with simple complex equations - grades 4 to 7 (ages 10+) 1-48 using all 4 math operations with complex equations - grades 5 to 10 (ages 11+) Players roll 4 dice and use any combination of addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division of the numbers on the all 4 dice. The answer to that equation is the tile number that you can flip.
